Unless an official bout agreement with every detail agreed upon is signed, whatever was signed previously is virtually irrelevant at this point. Term sheets with fighter requests on them are not legally binding. When the largest streaming platform on the planet gives you a date and a time slot, you either take it or leave it. One fighter appears to be taking it. The other fighter looks like he may not. Again, without the broadcaster, there is no fight. It’s that simple.

How not to get a fight done: Sign a contract for it to take place in one location and then decide you'd rather stage it somewhere else. Sign a contract excluding an entity from having promotional involvement, then have that same entity negotiate the broadcaster, a venue and claim to be the promoter of the fight.
