POI selection is important, but understanding the type of inducement around your POI can make a difference in your execution. Study these 4 models: ➟ No Inducement (NID) — No leg inducement or pullback inducement is present. ➟ Leg Inducement (LID) — Price creates internal liquidity within the leg that can be targeted before continuation. ➟ Pullback Inducement (PBID) — The pullback creates liquidity that price may sweep before moving toward the target. ➟ LID + PBID — Both leg and pullback inducement create potential liquidity pools around the setup. understand where liquidity is forming and how price may use it around your POI.
