The systemic failure out of Rock Hill, SC is sparking massive outrage. A terrifying doorbell camera video shows 34 year old Sean Hubbard walking up to a home and firing a shotgun straight through the front door. Yet, he remained free to return under the cover of night.
Four days after terrorizing the household over a minor dispute, Hubbard opened fire again, tragically killing 19 year old Camariya Tidwell, a recent high school graduate who wasn't even the intended target.
The warning came first. The mother says Hubbard shot into the home days earlier, that the family filed a report, and that detectives didn't even reach out until Friday. Eight officers responded Saturday evening and searched until at least 10 p.m. The gunman returned and killed Tidwell less than an hour later.
This tragedy highlights the devastating real world consequences of a soft on crime legal system that continuously allows repeat offenders with violent histories back onto our streets. When a filed police report buys a family nothing but bureaucratic delays, and detectives take days to respond to an active threat, the system has completely prioritized leniency over public safety.
I am tired of seeing this all the time. Over and over I see these kinds of things where innocent people die hoping our justice system will do it's job.

We did not apply for a ballot or deposit a ballot or attempt to vote.
We showed an elections official saying “you are the ID” and confirming one could vouch for eight others who were not there.
If that’s a crime, anyone who speaks with a polling official and asks questions is also committing a crime. Journalism is not a crime.
Minnesota law clearly states that no individual shall intentionally misrepresent the individual’s identity in applying for a ballot, depositing a ballot in a ballot box or attempting to vote by means of a voting machine or electronic voting system.

Spain just released a man police caught in the act of r*ping a 22-year-old woman on Valencia’s Malvarrosa beach.
27-year-old illegal Moroccan construction worker. Dawn. He tore her dress off, covered her mouth, and r*ped her on the sand.
Four officers arrived while it was still happening. He ran. They caught him. He punched an officer in the face hard enough to send him to the hospital.
The victim gave a statement at the hospital.
Monday the judge let him walk because she hadn’t been located to “ratify” a formal complaint in court.
Caught mid-r*pe. Walking free the next day.
That is not a technicality. That is a system that treats a screaming woman on a public beach as optional paperwork.
Spain should be ashamed. Every woman in Valencia should be furious.
