Our club only exists because of the commitment of our parent volunteers. Today we say a huge thank you to these parents who gave up their Sunday to attend the SRU First Aid in Rugby session learning about player welfare and concussion management.

Great to see - a reminder, if it were needed, that @rach_malcolm, @JadeKonkel, @SarahLawRugby, @itschloerollie and the whole @Scotlandteam squad are inspiring the next generation by getting to the @rugbyworldcup and can do so more during upcoming @Womens6Nations

Well done to our amazing 1st XV.🏉 You may not have got the result you had hoped for last night, but we could not be more proud of you for battling it out until the very end on the national stage.🙌 You are all fantastic role models for our younger rugby players.👏 #WeAreESMS – at Edinburgh, Scotland

11yrs ago to the day our Loving, Vibrant, Awesome son Benjamin played a Schoolboy game of Rugby. Tragically it would be his last. Could I ask you to remember him and post “If In Doubt, Sit Them Out in memory of Benjamin Robinson” Help shine a light on our darkest day. 🙏
