Nebraska's future starts in our classrooms, which is why supporting our teachers isn't optional.
I will always invest in public schools and the people who keep them strong.

Super proud of Ava and Molly! Not only leaders in our school and state but nationally!! #TPW #MillardSouthFamily
Met with members of the National Student Council, which includes two upstanding Nebraskans from Millard South High School! We discussed ways to improve mental health and wellness in schools. We also discussed their innovative efforts to support their peers in need. It’s great to meet with young leaders from Nebraska.

JIC, wanted to celebrate my dog, Bart. We recently became registered as a therapy dog team and did our very first school visit yesterday! We have had so many great mentors in MPS and are so grateful to all of them. If you see us around, say hi!

There’s no school on Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. 🇺🇸 Enjoy your day off as we celebrate the hard work and dedication of those who keep our schools, families, and communities strong. Thank you for all you do!

HUGE moment for Wildcat Melanie Wiese who sang the National Anthem for the @TheSavBananas at sold-out Coors Field last night in front of 54,000 fans. She sounded amazing and we can’t wait to hear her again in front of Wildcat Nation this year!

Proud hardly covers it. I have learned so much serving Millard alongside Dr. Schwartz. He's an exceptional servant leader and I'm proud to call him a friend. Congratulations, John! The best is yet to come!

Congratulations to Meghna Adduri, Anuj Singh, and Ashritha Chiguluri for being named to the World Herald's All Metro First Team!
Incredible profile of this program! As college tuition costs increase, this option provides critical cost savings to Millard families and helps motivate our learners.
An early college program at Millard South that gives students the opportunity to graduate with an associate's degree is one example of the growth in dual enrollment participation in Nebraska high schools.
