It's horrific to live in a world that has all the resources necessary to take care of everyone & watch greedy people actively choose to cause people to suffer & die daily.
Everyone deserves their basic needs met and there's literally no reason other than greed that we don't do what's right.

Hayden Panettiere flew to South Carolina on Saturday with Brian Hickerson and stayed at an Airbnb in Greenville. On Sunday she went into cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead at 36. No signs of foul play.
What stays with me is how quiet the final hours sound. She had just spoken publicly about finally feeling like she had shaken off the darkness. She talked about still having a lot of life left. And then it ended in a rented apartment with almost no one seeing her.
I’ve covered a lot of these stories. The ones that hurt the most are the people who seemed like they were still fighting to come back. Hayden had been open about the depression, the postpartum struggle, and the abuse. That kind of honesty takes real courage. It makes the loss feel even heavier.

Sonny had been left behind by his family and was extremely sick. He was also an older gentleman.
