1️⃣ La mortalidad depende más de las comorbilidades que del patógeno.
2️⃣ Hemocultivos de control solo en casos de alto riesgo.
3️⃣ Tratamientos cortos (<7 días) si se retira el catéter en casos no complicados.
4️⃣ Manejo de #VRE según genotipo: teicoplanina para vanB; linezolid o daptomicina a dosis altas para vanA.
