You can win games with talent, but you cannot win championships without a culture. #bullseye xitter.cf/troypsilva/status/1001…
The culture & environment you create WILL ABSOLUTELY make or break your season!!!
-Genuine care/love for one another
-No drama/gossip
-No negativity/bad mouthing
-Telling the truth/being honest
-Team oriented mindset from players/staff/families
-Energy/excitement

I’ll keep shouting it from the rooftops - SOME PROGRAM IS GOING TO GET A DUDE!
Leader, great teammate, unquestionable work ethic, serious student, competitor, and loves the game. @Sawyer_M19

2-3 tonight with a HR, 3B, 2 R, and a BB in a 7-7 tie to Garden Spot. @KSBombers @BaseballWarwick @BUncommitted
YES YES YES!!!!!
Dude never needed a “showcase/travel/elite” team to reach professional level. His own hard work and talent shined through - cream rises to the top - amazing how many people are fooled into spending money to support baseball businesses. #ODFalum
Excited to share and congratulate Colby Martin signing with the @mlb San Diego Padres!! @Padres @cmartin2115
This DUDE has worked his tail off for years for this opportunity and we’re so proud of him. Congratulations to the entire Martin family! #WarwickBaseball

Another solid game from a great leader and teammate. Again, some program is going to get a steal recruiting this dude flying under the radar. (A staple of our program - DUDES who are under-recruited.) #WarwickBaseball
2-2 with two hard hit 2B’s, two RBI’s, 1 SB, 1 R, and one HBP in a 6-2 team win over Hempfield. Let’s keep rolling boys! @BaseballWarwick @BUncommitted @KSBombers

Been asked, “How does your program stay consistently competitive year-after-year-after-year?” This is how. Beginning at 10U (8/9/10 year olds) the kids that want challenged/developed compete vs “club/travel/showcase” teams during weekend tourneys. Week days play rival schools in

Lot of talk preseason about how many players we lost after last year’s District and State championships. Well, WE believed that WHAT WE HAVE was much more important than what we didn’t have. Proud of this team - first goal achieved - we’re playing a league playoff game Thursday.
