It’s sad to see how Randpark Ridge & the rest of Joburg has deteriorated. No water @JHBWater, no electricity @CityPowerJhb, no refuse collection @CleanerJoburg yet all of these items keep increasing. No communication either! Joburg is collapsing into one giant pothole.
