As well as mothers, some fathers of 0-5s may be finding things difficult at the moment. So this week, try to reach out to a father you know and ask if you can do them a #LittleGoodDeed - even a simple #howareyoudad can go a long way.
It is estimated that around 1 in 10 new dads struggle with post natal depression. It's imperative that dads receive adequate mental health support too. We must all start asking #howareyoudad
