Justice Alito just exposed the core flaw in unlimited birthright citizenship.
During SCOTUS arguments, Alito hammered the key question:
If anyone who sneaks into the U.S. illegally can have a child here and automatically grant that child American citizenship - with full rights and no allegiance required - then who really controls who becomes a citizen?
The country... or the people who break our laws to get here?
This isn't just a legal technicality. It's about whether America still has the sovereign right to decide its own future - or if the 14th Amendment has been twisted into an open invitation that collapses our entire immigration system.
Alito's questioning cut straight to the heart: In a world of 8 billion people, one plane flight away from U.S. soil, automatic citizenship regardless of lawful presence or loyalty turns the Constitution into a suicide pact.

BREAKING: Scott Presler and his team at Early Vote Action just exposed something massive in Philadelphia.
They hand-transcribed thousands of names from the non-juror lists, people summoned for jury duty who were excused because they are not U.S. citizens.
When they cross-referenced those names against the actual Pennsylvania voter rolls, roughly one out of every four came back as active registered voters.
That's not a small glitch.
We're talking illegal alien voters on the rolls, including some who have committed serious crimes against women and children, murderers, and sex traffickers.
Scott turned the data over to the Department of Justice.
The DOJ is now threatening federal criminal prosecutions against Democrat state officials if they refuse to clean up the system.
This is the kind of work that actually forces action.
Philadelphia has already started purging tens of thousands of names in the wake of this pressure, and the gap to a Republican registration plurality in Pennsylvania has narrowed dramatically in just days.
Only American citizens should be voting in American elections.
Scott is doing the hard, unglamorous work of proving it, one non-juror list at a time.

Lula packed Brazil’s Supreme Court with his own lawyer and justice minister and had them lock his rival up for 27 years.
Back in 2023, after taking power, he named Cristiano Zanin and Flávio Dino to the court. In 2025 both voted to convict Jair Bolsonaro of a coup plot and hand him the sentence.
That court had previously wiped Lula’s own corruption convictions in 2021 so he could run again.
On election day, Zanin ordered the polls kept open another 2 hours, 3 minutes before they were supposed to close. Both sides had asked, but the call came from Lula’s former defense lawyer.
Even after Bolsonaro was barred and jailed, Lula still trailed Flávio 45–47 in the first round and only scraped past him by under 4 points in the runoff.
Flávio still refuses to concede. Lula called the win a defeat for denialism and lies.
Two of the judges who put his rival away were the men he put on the court. Voters barely picked him. The court cleared the path.
