The releases from @LivingtheLine_'s Smudge Horror line have spoiled me to the degree that whenever I now read a manga by another publisher I am disappointed that there's no essays providing historical and cultural context. With just 7 releases they have set a new gold standard.

Just picked up this great collection of vintage 1971-73 shojo horror from @mangaberg 's SMUDGE vintage horror manga imprint from Living the Line Books that I think has flown over the heads of a lot of classic shojo fans and collectors. Highly recommended.
