Meet Bella , Looking for Her Forever Home
Bella is a young beautiful white Staffordshire Bull Terrier with a wonderfully soft, velvety coat and the most striking eyes, one blue and one hazel. She is a truly unforgettable girl with an equally special personality.
When Bella first arrived, she was frightened and unsure of the world around her. She would often cower in fear and face the wall when she felt overwhelmed. But with patience, kindness, and lots of reassurance, Bella has blossomed into a happy, confident girl who now embraces life with enthusiasm.
Bella absolutely adores people and thrives on human companionship. She loves cuddles, affection, and greets everyone she meets with a wagging tail and her beautiful smile. She has so much love to give and will make an incredibly loyal companion.
Bella can be selective around other dogs and doesn't cope well with confrontational behaviour. Sadly, this stems from her past, where she was confined to a small crate while another dog repeatedly tormented and attacked her from outside. Because of this, Bella is looking for a dog-free home where she can be the only pet—the princess of the house, showered with all the love she deserves.
She has not been tested with cats.
Bella is now ready to leave her past behind and begin the next chapter of her life with a family who will cherish her. She would love a home filled with adventures, walks, games, and, most importantly, plenty of cuddles at the end of the day.
After everything she's been through, Bella deserves nothing less than a safe, loving forever home where she can finally know what it means to be truly loved.

Her owner passed away and she had to be taken straight to the vets as a neglect case. The same dog warden who helped Stark find his way to us, asked us to help her.
We are going to call her Penelope 😍 Hopefully she will be well enough to come to us today or tomorrow. She has a long journey ahead but she will know only love and the best care now 💜

Yesterday, we shared one of the most distressing animal welfare cases Dogs on the Streets has ever encountered.
Today, every second of our focus is on giving this beautiful girl the chance she deserves.
Right now, she weighs just 9.6kg. She should be somewhere between 18–24kg. Her tiny body tells the story of unimaginable neglect, but we're determined that her future won't be defined by her past.
Today she's on a carefully planned nutritional programme, and we're back at the vets for a bandage change and check-up. For now, this will be part of her daily routine as we fight to heal both the wounds we can see... and the ones we can't.
This morning, our team sent me a message that completely broke me.
They said that when she saw them, her little tail wagged. Then, when her food was placed down, she did happy paws.
After everything she's endured... she still greeted us with trust.
How?
How can a soul that has suffered so much still choose love over fear?
Dogs never stop believing in us, even when we have given them every reason not to. That unwavering trust is both the most beautiful and the most heartbreaking thing to witness.
Moments like this leave me wondering how much more I can lose faith in humanity. No animal should ever have to suffer like this. No living being deserves to be reduced to skin, bones, and pain before someone finally steps in.
But while some humans caused her suffering, others are now fighting with everything they have to save her.
Please keep her in your thoughts. She has the longest road ahead, but today, because of your support, she isn't walking it alone.
For her, every wag of that little tail is a reminder that hope is still alive.

We aren’t. They’re open.

In public areas with PSPOs, dog owners may be required to keep their dog on a lead, or to put their dog on a lead if instructed to do so by a police officer, a police community support officer, or a council representative.
Owners may also be required to prevent their dog from accessing certain areas.
This could be in places such as a farmland or sections of a park, and restricts the number of dogs they have with them at any one time, a rule that also applies to professional dog walkers.
