Had a conversation today with one of Kabam Champions Designers and he told me that what’s happening with Spiral's SP1 is a Known bug, and anthing art related takes longer to fix so it should be fixed in Feb (Hopefully). Wanted to let you all know about it

In 2020 if you wanted your first 6 Star Rank 3 (Random Class), you needed to clear all the way through Abyss of Legends and down The Collector fight, costing many players 3-15k Units, a Heavily Developed Roster with upgraded Horseman team or some giga stacked god tier Characters and 3-10+ hours of play depending on your comp and skill level.
In 2023 you can get a 6 Star Star Rank 3 Generic Gem off a Bonus $9.99 Unit Bundle.
Year on year, the whole game economy moves on so god damn fast, while all of the July 4th deals seem crazy now, in 2026 these will be the F2P monthly side event rewards and everyone will be complaining they are absolute dog shit and there are not enough Tier 8 Basic Fragments dropping.

7* are the strongest new rarity yet.
Leveling a r1 up gives base stats equal to r5 6*s.
Have max combat power rate at rank 1 and ~double the starting challenger rating compared to 6*s.
Only investing in 6*s that are going to rank 5 (those unlikely to come as 7* or need sig)
