Many are asking me this question every time market goes down.
in 2024, many had doubts because of the slow development of $usdn, their most outstanding product which is a one of a kind sort of innovation.
-but why #SDEX is going down?
the entire market is doing so.
-but why $SDEX is not going up since minting #usdn is burning #sdex?
$USDN effect is positively accumulated over time, the burn amount is less but it's there, and it will be more & more effective with every #usdn getting minted, and a % of the #TVL will be used for that as well. every day passing with #USDN live is adding more value to $SDEX. even if it's not seen instantly due to overall market conditions, but it's there and verified on-chain.
What is my plan?
holding quality projects when market is down and adding on dips with whatever possible was always the smartest things to do, and this time is no different.
actually it's way more convincing than ever rn, cuz #USDN is already live & well functioning.
not to mention the bunch of other products like IL #DeFi, Hybrid #Dex, multi-path Dex, Snipping wallet and and and ....
I didn't lose the faith during 2024 summer correction when most of the products were under development, imagine losing it now when #BTC is above 100k & #USDN is already live & well functioning.

Let’s talk about $USDN, a fancy way to have stable dollars while earning yield (a.k.a. free money). 🥰
But where does that yield actually come from? Is it magic? Is it sketchy? Sir, what about LUNA????!!
Let’s dive into how USDN generates yield and why it’s a secure and decentralized option (simplified). 👇
$USDN is the first ever fully decentralized synthetic dollar that maintains a value close to $1 while providing yield to its holders. The yield comes from two main sources:
1. Funding Rates from Traders
Traders using the USDN protocol can open leveraged positions on Ethereum. To keep these positions open, they pay funding rates, which are essentially periodic fees. These fees are collected by the protocol and distributed to USDN holders as yield, and a small part of it is distributed to $SDEX holders. So, every time a trader pays to play, you, the USDN holder, earn.
2. Yield from Staked Ethereum (wstETH)
USDN is backed by wrapped staked Ethereum (wstETH), which represents Ethereum staked via the Lido protocol, a team we collaborate with. Staking ETH through Lido generates staking rewards over time. As the value of wstETH increases from these rewards, the collateral backing USDN grows, providing an additional source of yield for USDN holders.
These two sources of yield are reflected in the $USDN price. When the price goes up too much, new tokens appear in your wallet (and every holder too), stabilizing the price around $1, and distributing yield!
