So close I can taste it.
Totally agree, great book.
The book Outlive by @PeterAttiaMD is remarkable. First off, I have no financial relationship to the book whatsoever. I love the book because it’s clear and actionable. It provides both data-based motivation and the protocols for specific ways to exercise, eat, do personal analysis etc. for mental and physical health. Outlive is the best book on human health that I am aware of.

Hi, ER Doc here.
I use this account to teach people about medical emergencies. I don’t give a shit about a blue checkmark I care about reaching people. I would love to hit 400K followers to be able to reach more people.
Can I get some RTs and Follows to help me get there?

After 4 months of #TherapeuticNutritionalKetosis, our son's bipolar symptoms were gone. Now it's been almost 2.5 years, and it really is like he doesn't have a mental illness any more. He's dropped his meds by half, and continues to carefully taper. He is thriving. #KetoForMentalHealth #MetabolicPsychiatry #MetabolicMind

New headlines claim a #ketodiet causes heart attacks. The only problem is that the headlines refer to an unpublished study that didn't actually use a keto diet. So, before we get too concerned, let's review what we know (and don't know). youtube.com/watch?v=dFCDtfsP…

This “study” was a really poorly done observational study of 305 people. They gave them a one time, 24 HOUR, food survey. You read that right, they asked them what they ate over the last 24 hours.

And here is the worst part… a short thread.

He’s a journeyman plumber. He figures he earns $140,000 to $160,000 a year.
It turns out that you don’t need a four-year degree and massive college debt to make a very comfortable living. My story.
