most optimized minecraft client yet!!!! 150x less fps!!! whole point of rust is it runs natively on ARM, not including arm in this "optimization" is insane.

Been working on my Minecraft rust rewrite for a while now. (Both client and server) Had Opus 5.5 do some rounds of optimisation and the gains have been insane compared to GPT 5 Astra Cancelled my OpenAI sub already...

im all for this, but isnt the huge upside to this the fact that rust runs native on windows ARM? espesically with laptops like the surface ultra coming out (and all snapdragon laptops) this would be perfect for them, yet its restricted to emulation via PRISM.

Minecraft, rewritten in Rust. Now with a black hole. It bends light and rips the terrain into orbit. Could modding on the Rust rewrite end up beating Java?

for reference, on a snapdragon laptop i can run multiple games in the 300-500fps range, but minecraft runs BARELY at 60 frequently dropping to 45~ with mods. this would be perfect for bridging that gap

Fun fact about PSX "Classic". its one of the later backups of psx with just features stripped out of it, nothing in it is "Classic". they probably just used ai to generate a couple new anims and lock half of the things psx had, and called it a day.

Generational fumble, this was easily the most hyped 99 update ever. This should of been permanent, this should of been a standalone game, this should of not been linked to 99 either. This is just a sorry excuse for profiting off of nostalgia.

To be clear, Psx reborn is sub place of ps99 (similar to world 2,3 etc) fantasy and tech are also subplaces of said subplace.

xmx@LocalXmxOct 21

PSX REBORN: U99 - this week : Spawn World U100 - Next Week : Fantasy World U 105 - : November 21st : Tech World Fantasy had 5 upds, id assume this "Game" will follow the psx update path! as the first update after release was fantasy. NEW WORLD = NEW PLACE like 99.
