Its a good day! We have new hats and a tropical IPA on tap. The IPA weighs in at 6.4% ABV, 40 IBUs with hints of pinapple and finishes smooth and dry. Perfect wile playing some bag toss in this great Sacramento weather. Cheers!
We continued to refine our recipes by brewing up a Hazy IPA today. If all goes well we may be able to share some good news about a potential location for the brewery in the next few weeks. In the mean time we hope pictures of our beer can sustain you until we get up and running.
We've added a delicious Blonde ale to our utility belt. It weighs in at 5% ABV, has a subtle fruity aroma, slight malt sweetness, finishes dry and goes down smooth. Perfect on a hot day. Cheers!
We started growing some hops (Cascade, Centennial, Zeus, Willamette, Crystal and Tettnanger Varieties). Can't wait to start brewing with them!

We brewed up an easy drinkin' blonde ale today. Should weigh in around 4.8% ABV after it's done fermenting. Happy Mother's Day!
