Built myself an app that effectively keeps me from doom scrolling. I've tried a number of apps that did this, but this is the only one that has stuck. Found a unique angle that make me feel embarrassed to unlock the doom scrolling apps. Thinking about getting it on the app store to see if others feel the same way.

Apps are the new info product. Going to study how people made money in info products 10-15 years ago and run the same playbook with apps.
