We are looking for fields in AB and SK that contain black medic for my master’s project funded by @SaskPulse! If you have fields with a history of pulse root rot and wouldn’t mind us digging root samples this July send me a DM!
Last week I planted the first experiment for my master’s!
We’re testing whether Fusarium avenaceum (one of the causal agents for Fusarium root rot) can infect the roots of 9 common Prairie weeds. Looking forward to harvesting and testing in a few weeks!

Plant counts are going well so far! Looking forward to seeing the growth of this trial in the weeks ahead!
One more #Invigor DST left to seed! Thank you to everyone that we’ve worked with this spring! Hoping these trials turn out better than the burgers I just butchered on the grill.

I had a great time at my first @AginMotion this week! I learned a lot of new things and saw some cool equipment but I would have to say the best thing was meeting @QuickDickMcDick!
I had some company today while putting up signs up at DST. I guess you could say even deer like #Invigor? @BASFAgSolutions @WheatGeerJJ
Does “knee high by the 4th of July” count for canola as well? If so then I’d say this #Invigor DST is doing pretty well. Exited to see how it turns out in the next couple months!

That’s a wrap for #Plant22 in Northern Alberta. Was able to put my last #InVigor canola trial in just before the rain tonight. Big shout out to @LoganSnow09 for helping out with them and everyone else that made them possible. Can’t wait to see you all this tour season. #InVigor25
