$SOFI FLYING ABOVE $17 👀
The latest episode of THE DEEP DIVE just dropped where Tanner, Brad and I spend an hour breaking down $SOFI and why the stock is still caught between two identities.
SoFi is being valued like a tech platform but still trades like a lender so member growth and product adoption can improve while rates and credit sentiment still drive the stock.

We won.
After a short battle with the HOA board, we got a follow-up letter confirming what should have been obvious: residents are free to hand out full-size candy bars.
Word apparently spread fast. This morning on my way to the car, a little girl from the bus stop ran up, gave me a hug, and said:
“Thanks Atchy, thanks for fighting those commies and preserving our Halloween traditions for future generations. That’s why it’s so important for all the grown-ups to vote red and make sure that sicko James Talarico doesn’t win Texas.”
I was genuinely shocked by the wisdom coming out of that kid. All I could say was, “You’re welcome, kiddo."
How do some grown-ups still not get it?
My HOA sent me a letter requesting that I stop handing out full-size candy bars for Halloween this year.
-Fun-size bars are usually 15–25¢ each.
-Full-size are around 75¢–$1.
Most people give out 2–3 fun-size anyway, so the real difference is often only a few cents per kid.
Am I crazy, or is it weird for an HOA to police this?

$SOFI CEO Antony Noto just laid out an ambitious target: 100M products by 2030 and 40% EPS growth through 2030.
At ~17x forward earnings, that's extremely cheap for a company growing like this.
Is $SOFI the most mispriced growth stock in fintech right now?

🚨 BANK OF AMERICA MAINTAINS SELL RATING ON $SOFI!
Analyst Mihir Bhatia raised his target from $16 to $16.50.
What a joke.
BofA reportedly remains concerned about cost pressures and whether SoFi’s growth assumptions are too aggressive (bear case for the last 3 years).
Meanwhile, SoFi just reported:
• Revenue +44% YoY to $1.4B
• Adjusted EBITDA +70% YoY to $470M
• Members +35% YoY to 17.1M
• Adjusted EBITDA margin of 34%
• Raised 2026 guidance
• Introduced 2027 guidance of $6.4B revenue and $0.90 EPS
My question is, what exactly does SoFi have to prove at this point?
I understand having concerns about valuation, spending and execution risk, but the company continues delivering exceptional growth alongside improving profitability.
BofA is entitled to its bearish thesis, but I’d like to see what assumptions justify maintaining a Sell rating after these results.
The numbers are moving in the right direction. Wall Street needs to acknowledge that.
