Why do hotels treat customers so poorly? Have a booking for a 1 night stay in London, want to add on an extra night, attempt to do it online, pay the ammendment fee and my confirmation shows i have changed my booking to the other night and its cancelled my original night!
Call customers service to be told he couldn't help me it was my fault (I didnt deny that I just wanted some help as I called 2minutes after I realised the error) @TravelodgeUK your customer service was appalling
