The Justice Centre announces that the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia has struck down the province’s sweeping 2025 ban on entering the woods, ruling that the government acted unreasonably and failed to consider the Charter rights and values affected by the ban.
The decision follows a constitutional challenge brought by lawyers funded by the Justice Centre on behalf of Canadian Armed Forces veteran Jeffrey Evely, who was fined $28,872.50 for walking in the woods under the province’s blanket prohibition.
Constitutional lawyer Marty Moore said the ruling confirms that governments must respect fundamental freedoms, even during emergencies. “Justice Campbell appropriately warns in his decision that if the rights of individuals are not safeguarded in emergency circumstances, ‘…they can be eroded in a way that eventually affects everyone. Experience tells us that the erosion can happen in unexpected places at an unexpected pace.’”

I just read the entire Migration and the 2030 Agenda: A Guide for Practitioners, and if you strip out all the humanitarian, climate-change and “progress for humanity” language, here’s what it boils down to.
They want a managed global population with no stubborn rooted majorities, no strong old-world identities, and no independent power centers, so they suppress Western fertility through pharmakia, food and water contamination, psychological warfare and propaganda, then present the resulting demographic collapse as a neutral problem and “solve” it with permanent mass migration that keeps the debt economy running, dilutes historic white/Christian populations, breaks social cohesion, and justifies a thick web of surveillance, speech control, NGO management and UN-style governance over human bodies, borders, labour and money until most people are interchangeable, trackable units in a post-national, post-Christian, post-ethnic grid.

You buy a Pokémon card for $50.
Someone offers you $500 for it. You say no. You love that card. You're keeping it.
The government says: "Cool, but that card is worth $500 now. You owe us $100 in taxes."
You: "…I didn't sell it."
Government: "Don't care. Pay up."
You don't have $100 lying around. So you're forced to sell the card you love just to pay a tax on money you never received.
Next month? That card drops back to $50.
Your card is gone. Your money is gone. And the government shrugs.
That's a wealth tax on unrealized gains. They don't pay you back the tax...
Now picture this.
Your mom calls you crying. She has to sell the house she raised you in. Not because she can't afford it. She's lived there 30 years. It's paid off.
But some website says it's worth more now and the government says she owes $15,000 she doesn't have.
So she sells your childhood home. The kitchen where she made you breakfast. The doorframe where she marked your height every birthday.
Gone.
To pay a tax on money that was never real.
Now picture the opposite.
Your dad put everything into his small business. For 20 years he built it from nothing. One year the business is "valued" at $2 million on paper. He owes a massive tax bill. He empties his savings. Sells his truck. Borrows money. Pays it.
Next year the market crashes. His business is worth $200,000.
He lost everything to pay a tax on a number that doesn't exist anymore.
Does the government give him his money back?
No.
Does the government give him his truck back?
No.
Does the government care?
No.
They sold this idea as "taxing billionaires." But billionaires have armies of lawyers, offshore accounts, and trusts. They'll be fine.
You know who won't be fine? Your mom. Your dad. Your neighbor with a small business. The farmer down the road who's had the same land for four generations and now has to sell it because dirt got expensive.
You're not taxing wealth. You're taxing people for owning things.
It's like getting a parking ticket for a car you might drive somewhere someday.
They want you to own nothing and be happy. To fund the fraud, waste and abuse of the welfare state they created.
There is enough money. More tax isn't needed. It's all a lie. But you've been gaslit into believing this is a rich vs poor debate.

Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy are major drivers of preterm birth, emergency delivery, seizures, stroke, organ injury, long-term cardiovascular disease, and maternal and fetal death.
A newly published CDC registry study compared ~8,000 vaccinated pregnant women to ~8,000 matched unvaccinated pregnancies and found:
• 15% rate of hypertensive disorders in vaccinated pregnancies
• 12% rate in unvaccinated pregnancies
• Adjusted relative risk: 1.24
• Statistically significant
• Persisted in sensitivity analyses
The absolute difference was 3 percentage points — roughly 1 additional case for every 33 vaccinated pregnancies.
If an estimated 40–60 million pregnant women globally received COVID vaccination during the rollout period, a 3% absolute increase would translate into approximately 1.2 to 1.8 million additional cases of hypertensive pregnancy complications worldwide.
Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy include gestational hypertension and preeclampsia — conditions that can escalate to stroke, seizure, organ injury, premature delivery, placental complications, and fetal death.
Pregnant women were told these genetic products were safe.
And now, the CDC itself has identified a statistically significant elevation in one of the most serious obstetric complications.
Global accountability for the harm inflicted on mothers and their unborn children is warranted.
