You lose access to your heavy arsenal. • On-Person Limit: You can only carry up to 4 weapons (2 concealed sidearms + 2 long guns). • Open Carry Reactions: Carrying a rifle in your hands will instantly panic civilians and alert police dispatch. • Stolen Cars: Hijacking a random vehicle won't teleport your weapons—you only get what you brought on foot. Rockstar is leaning heavy into RDR2-style tactical realism.
