Every time we pass laws to combat ballot harvesting, a group I call the "Axis of Ballot Harvesting"--led by the Soros- and foreign-billionaire-funded @aclukansas and @loud_light--sues to block them. So this year, I carried and passed legislation to ban foreign money in our elections. I know I hit the mark, 'cause they're suing that law, too! #ksleg

This lawsuit isn't about "protecting marginalized voters." Just like the @loud_light / Appleseed lawsuits against the 10 ballot turn-in limit and signature verification of mail-in ballots, it's about protecting their ability to harvest ballots. #ksleg

It didn’t make our elections more free, fair, or secure.
It was an unconstitutional attack on our right to vote.
It’s shameful that @RealPatProctor wants to take us back to that.
