🧗♀️ Recently we joined the @SwanseabayNHS Diabetes Team at @ninjawarrior for a day of climbing, swinging and jumping with a group of young people living with #type1diabetes.
It was great to see our young #type1 ninja warriors working as a team, having fun, and making friends! 🧡

This just in. There doesn’t have to be absolutes in S&C. We can learn from and respect people we adamantly disagree with or don’t see eye to eye with. Why is this so hard? For ex: I don’t like powerlifting, you know who I can still learn from? Someone who likes powerlifting.
