Arteta has successfully convinced an entire fanbase that spending 75 minutes without wanting to play football is tactical superiority.
Score a goal, retreat into your own half, block, clear, waste time and pray. That’s the entire game plan.
Yet Arsenal fans will come online and start lecturing everyone about football tactics like they’ve just witnessed Pep’s Barcelona.
You don’t love football. You love winning ugly and pretending it’s beautiful.
HARAM BALL FC. Your manager has turned football into a survival exercise, and your fanbase has become the biggest PR department in the league.
Please, stop insulting football intelligence.

Liverpool only had 0 shots on target due to a lack of bite infront of goal, Isak didn’t get a clear chance but Macca’s header should’ve levelled it. Andoni Iraola coached a 4-0 win, Alisson’s mistake and poor finishing cost us today. The better team lost, we go again.

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

Nine chances created from Florian Wirtz v Brentford (all from open play).
No Liverpool player on record (from 2003-04) has ever created more in a single Premier League game. #LFC

Doku's high boot tackle on ribs = No yellow card and no penalty to Liverpool.
Gravenberch's foul = Yellow card and sent off.

Don’t even want to linger on this one.
We’re playing an official bunch of cheating bastards, without our three main attackers and last seasons player of the year and we lost out best player on the day to 2 incredibly soft yellows
Sooner they are sent to oblivion the better.

🚨🎙️ Roy Keane on Ryan Gravenberch’s Red Card Against Manchester City;
🗣️"Listen, I’m sitting here absolutely flabbergasted by what I’ve just witnessed. We are talking about Liverpool versus Manchester City at Anfield. This isn't a pre-season kick-around, this isn't a mid-table dead-rubber—this is as big as it gets in world football. You’ve got millions watching around the globe, two top-class teams going toe-to-toe, and the entire match gets ruined because the officials want to be the main event.
Look at the match context! Ryan Gravenberch was having one of his absolute best games in a Liverpool shirt. He’s driving through the midfield, he’s testing Gianluigi Donnarumma with a cracking strike from range, and then literally seconds later, he makes a recovery challenge in the City half on Jérémy Doku. Was it a foul? Yeah, fine, give a free-kick. But to whip out a second yellow card in the 62nd minute for that? It is an absolute disgrace.
The first yellow card early in the second half was soft enough as it was, but to issue a second yellow—effectively killing the entire spectacle—requires a level of common sense and match management that these referees simply don't possess right now. Where is the game management? Where is the understanding of what is at stake? Referee Chris Kavanagh couldn't wait to get his card out. It’s refereeing by a textbook without having a single clue about the emotion, intensity, or context of a massive Premier League fixture.
You treat a big game like a big game! You let the players fight it out on the pitch. You don't send a lad off for a minor collision on the halfway line when neither tackle warranted a sending off. And what happens? The moment Liverpool go down to ten men, the entire balance shifts. City take complete control, Erling Haaland scores two minutes later, Doku gets another, and the game is done.
The decision-making from the officials today was shocking. It robs the fans, it robs the players, and frankly, it ruins what should have been an iconic battle. They need to start applying some real football intelligence out there instead of hiding behind harsh whistle-blowing."
No Dominik Szoboszlai.
No Alexander Isak.
No Cody Gakpo.
No Giovanni Leoni.
No Hugo Ekitike.
No Conor Bradley.
Despite all those injuries, we still looked like the better team against Shamchester City until Gravenberch was sent off for two soft fouls.
We’ll be absolutely fine in the long term.

💬 𝗤𝗨𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦 - Andy Robertson opens up on the impact of Diogo Jota’s passing:
"It's difficult to describe or, like, talk about, really, because, like, what we went through is, like, it was horrendous, do you know what I mean? And if I'm say, if I'm talking about the new signings, the new signings, like, they're coming into a club that is heartbroken, do you know what I mean?"
"And they're trying. And that's when I felt so sorry for these guys because they had signed and they were signing for big money. If I'm talking about football, when it took them months to settle in, because we were like, we didn't care about football. That was the truth of it." 😔
(speaking on @WeAreTheOverlap)
He’s simply the most overrated CB in Premier League history.
🚨Gabriel was in the Premier League team of the season last year and is doing this against Brighton teapawt.net/ballknowersiuuu/status…
Some people truly don’t understand it.
We aren’t saying give him years, give him a few months ffs.
It’s been 4 league games, get a grip.
Also still undefeated
Idiots man.
