This is my testimony--these words. I can make no other argument nor plea nor appeal. It is a work for the few with hopeful eyes that long to experience a world without contempt. It is a work for the few who cannot help but find beauty in every encounter. It is a work for the few who know failure can be more valuable than success—that complacency is life’s greatest risk. It is for We the Rare It is for We the Uncommon It is for We the Exceptional

The iPhone Duo is a better small phone than the iPhone Mini ever was.

It's yours.
What is life? • Dostoevsky: It’s hell. • Socrates: It’s a test. • Aristotle: It’s the mind. • Nietzsche: It’s power. • Freud: It’s death. • Marx: It’s the idea. • Picasso: It’s art. • Gandhi: It’s love. • Schopenhauer: It’s suffering. • Steve Jobs: It’s faith. • Einstein: It’s knowledge. • Stephen Hawking: It’s hope. • Kafka: It’s just the beginning.

I'll go one step further--you can write a book, forget what you put into it, and then surprise yourself by what you find in the work.
Unpopular opinion: you can love a book and not remember what happened in it. I'm not saying you mind goes completely blank but you can forget character names, plot and most of went down but you love it still because you remember how it felt reading it.

If I were running for public office, FREE COFFEE FOR EVERYONE would be a central tenant of my campaign and top agenda item. This would cross the political divide, and I'm certain would result in a landslide victory.

CougConnect took down the video of BYU DL Justin Kirkland admitting to the foul at the end of the first half of the BYU-Notre Dame game. Here’s the full video ⬇

The Tesla Roadster demo was the most American thing to happen on Earth in years. Maybe decades. In 2026, we saw humans circle The Moon and a car do aerobatics. Think about that.

Consistent with how I saw BYU’s team acting all night. I imagine the fan base reaction is consistent with how they’ve been all week.
BYU DL Justin Kirkland admitted he yelled “hut” at the end of the first half, when CJ Carr’s spike was ruled a fumble, which would have been a penalty on BYU. Carr attempted to spike the ball to stop the clock, but officials ruled it a fumble recovered by BYU after review. Notre Dame center Ashton Craig argued the call, but to no avail. xitter.cf/CougConnect/status/211…

Be honest, when you imagined a flying car, you conjured cars similar to BttF and The Jetsons. You never considered an aerobatic vehicle that flipped in the air à la @Simone_Biles.

Off the top my head: 1. Relief from the soul-sucking parts of our culture 2. The general scarcity of awe-inspiring moments
Before praising the flying Tesla, ask yourself what problem it actually solves.

Hey, @elonmusk—does it come with Full Self-Flying???
The driving was rather pedestrian. But your piloting was something to behold

3. Romantics who don’t give a damn about ever driving a flying car, but admire the audacity to dream and the tenacity to make the dream real.
Seeing 2 types of reactions to Musk launching flying cars: 1. Optimists excited about the technology and can’t wait to fly their own car. 2. Doomers calling it fake, illegal, and finding reasons to hate on Musk. Guess which type of people are more likely to succeed in life.

Spoiler alert, there is no utility in a car that can drive up walls, flip over, and launch & land with cold-air thrusters. There is also no practicality awe and wonder, except that it produces moments like this.
Real life, baby

So many reactions are dismissive of what @Tesla and @elonmusk demonstrated last night saying the car is not practical and without a market. It’s a sorrow that so many have truly lost their sense of awe.

Have we now lived to see flying cars, like, for real? Tesla Roadster.

Hey, ESPN, there is a way to get the extra games you want AND keep the College Football Playoff at 12 teams 👇
12 Teams is not the answer. Per the college football playoff structure, I would advocate for the following five actions:

The structure above is an evolution of the current realities of both college football scheduling, conference championship games, and issues with the current playoff architecture. It can allow a cinderella team to make their case. It will filter out over-rated bluebloods (i.e., 2025 Alabama). It will allow bubble teams or teams with weak schedules (i.e., ND 2025), to play their way in. This structure helps solve lingering issues with the College Football Playoff without creating more problems.
