When I first moved to LA, I was working for an entertainment lawyer- she said a good Rom Com is the hardest thing to write. The more I listen the country music the more I realize it’s the Rom Com of music, it’s really hard to have good material, but when you nail it, you nail it.
The final 3 episodes of Better Call Saul has the be the greatest in the history of television - I’m late to the game on this but wow. Mind boggling how beautifully the more mysterious characters all come to to light
Dude Yellowjackets has to chill with the whole jump back and forth between 1997 and 2023 every 2 minutes thing they’ve got going on - it’s terrible.
I can pretty much guarantee you that those guys that accidentally kidnapped the US citizens in Mexico are no longer with us - those guys do not want that kind of attention that can interrupt business

It's so insane that at the height of the bachelor's popularity getting the first impression rose meant easily 100k followers within 24 hours, the recipient this year has under 10k followers. Wow.
There is a magic number to financial well being and by default a huge burden taken away from life. It is a life in which you no longer NEED to work, and live off of the passive income of your investments. That is so often overlooked in all the warm “money doesn’t matter” lingo.
When the girls say “I’ve given everything up” I find that really hard to believe that the week they’ve had there up to night 1 has resulted in their quitting their jobs.
Having someone matched how excited you are about something when really no one has cared before is an elevated experience
California is an interesting place, we’ll outlaw flavored vapes, smokeless tobacco, and online gambling but not touch cigarettes.
I’m no nutritionist but I’m pretty sure the vast majority of people are straight up getting little to no fiber in their diets. I started focusing on it in my life and it’s game changing in how much better I feel day to day.
Not really sure why anyone would go on the bachelor franchise anymore. There’s all risk with no reward.
Looking back on this year, I’ve accomplished a lot. But, I always think back to solo travel before I went on the bachelor, because that was the time I found that being alone teaches you the most. I can’t recommend it enough, if you can- check out and go to SE Asia alone.
