Grey skies but hopeful spirits as @D_G_Alexander and I welcomed @LukePollard to the Methil yard. We heard about the investment in staff, apprenticeships and facilities since @Navantia_UK took on the yard, and the opportunities for further expansion with Programme Euston.

The council’s lack of transparency allowed them to use £600,000 of this money on their own projects. This should have gone back for community consultation.
