I have a $70 AOV and I have now introduced a $400 AOV product that is doing well.
Does anybody know how I can get my campaigns optimising properly?
We are using Highest Value optimisation which has helped but still fragile and broke in testing
New ad account, Custom conversion?
Big flaw I am seeing from the new Claude Fable 5 model is that it still gets down the wrong rabbit holes…
Only now it has a lot more conviction in what is saying and tries to convince you it’s right.
Always question things.

Our 2026 playbook has been our most downloaded resource this year.
We've updated it with new chapters added - including a full breakdown of Meta's algorithm update published 31 March 2026, the rise of personas, partnership ads, AI UGC and how the next wave of ugc is developing.
The same frameworks behind £600M+ in revenue across the DTC brands we work with. Four pillars: Meta, TikTok, AI, and Creative.
Platform mechanics. Account structures. AI workflows. The creative formats actually driving incremental growth right now.

About 50% of our ad budget is target cost - anybody any insight into how it is likely to spend over BFCM? I want to make sure we are still getting delivery

I'm looking for a Facebook Ads agency that specializes in Influencer whitelisting. Paying $500 for referrals.
Launching new products and getting famous people to promote them has been an incredibly simple but effective strategy for our brand.
You can tinker with your LP for weeks and it doesn’t have anywhere near the impact of getting someone with a big following to record a video for you and push ad spend to it
I like having huge impact things in the pipeline at all times.
BIG Creator deals
New products
Shoots planned
New agencies starting
Things that have outsized impact tend to take longer to make happen - and it always makes a big splash whenever performance needs a boost

- full vibe‑coding tutorial where I go from basic n8n backend to Bolt front‑end UI in 23 min

Most marketers are lazy.
Most of them will blame outside factors for the lack of performance.
Your media buying strategy is not the issue. A lazy marketer will find a way to blame either side of the spectrum.
If cost controls are not spending or if the lowest cost campaigns are not scaling, they will say things like:
“the ads aren’t good enough”
“there aren’t enough buyers in market that Meta believes we can acquire at our target CAC/ROAS”
“consumer is soft right now” (the funniest one lol)
The reality is to achieve great performance while scaling on Meta, it requires having every touch point of the customer acquisition funnel dialed in + never stop improving it:
- launching a lot of net new ad creatives
- testing all landing page formats (listicle, advertorial, shoppable)
- always improving website CRO and UX
- continuous testing of offers/discounts
- sending more email+sms across campaigns and flows
This is the playbook of a proper DTC marketer. 👆
You're going to see pessimism and limiting beliefs from a lot of entrepreneurs right now. Pretty much everywhere.
For me, I see opportunity and a lot of weak competition getting smashed out the market.
Resulting in a bunch of cheap ad space opening up soon.
Crisis=Opportunity
If you’re under 60 and an entrepreneur then a market crash, recession, or even a depression shouldn’t scare you. These are the times where fortunes are made and opportunities abound. I don’t just mean re: buying the dip.
This is when a lot of your competition reveals their true nature, which is weakness. They pull back and stop advertising. They don’t hire A Players. They get paralyzed with fear.
They are always wrong. Ad costs go down and opportunities multiply.
If you’re clear minded and confident, you will rake. Generational wealth is made in bad markets, not frothy ones.
