Hardware moves fast. So do we.
ASICs. Colocation. AI compute. Buying or selling.
We're just a conversation away.
There’s a reason businesses are looking at Bitcoin mining as more than just a way to accumulate BTC.
Mining hardware is a tangible business asset that may qualify for depreciation and other tax benefits. Under current U.S. tax law, qualifying equipment may even be eligible for 100% first-year bonus depreciation.
For businesses already mining or considering expanding, it's worth discussing with your CPA how equipment purchases and operating expenses could fit into your broader tax strategy. We have S21 units in stock in the U.S., ready for delivery before year-end. Reach out to explore your options.
For mining farms looking to expand capacity before year-end, having hardware available domestically can make a big difference in timing and logistics. We have pallets of pre-owned S21 Pros ready to ship from the U.S., offering a cost-effective way to add hashrate without waiting on overseas shipments.
If you need higher quantities message @AlnCrypto or @LucidSuits for more details.
Ethiopia's miners are getting about 23% of the power they contracted for. Reservoir inflows came in around 20% low, and households and factories went to the front of the line.
Hashrate Index has the country down from ~23 EH/s to ~15 EH/s in one quarter.
The rate is only half the deal. Curtailment terms are the other half.

Plenty of older ASICs are sitting in warehouses collecting dust, taking up space, or doubling as expensive paperweights.
They might not be profitable to mine with anymore, but they can still have value. LuminX helps operators recover that value through bulk ASIC recycling.
Blocks have been coming in about every 9.5 minutes, so Friday's difficulty adjustment is tracking around +5% now, per mempool.space. Two days ago it was closer to +4%.
Hashrate's back over 1,000 EH/s and hashprice was about $37.55/PH/day Monday, per Mining Disrupt.
Anyone plugging more in before Friday?
Binance is shutting down its mining pool on Nov 10.
Pool Savings, Cloud Mining and the Transaction Accelerator close with it, and any hash still pointed there after 07:00 UTC that day earns nothing.
Anyone here still mining on Binance Pool? Four weeks is plenty of time to switch, but it's an easy one to forget.
Don't let the lack of a mining site keep you from putting your hardware to work. LuminX offers Bitcoin mining hosting across the USA, with power rates starting at 6.7¢/kWh.
Reach out to discuss availability and hosting options for your operation.
At 5 cents a kWh, an S19 burns about $86.7K of electricity to mine one bitcoin, per CryptoQuant's Axel Adler Jr. An S21 does it for about $44.3K.
BTC is sitting around $84K.
Fees are only 0.64% of miner revenue right now, so there's no help coming from that side either.
Anyone still running S19s on 5 cent power?
From our Canadian roots to the partners, clients, and friends we've made around the world, we've got plenty to be thankful for. And yes, we'll even give the Canadian weather some credit. 🍁
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at LuminX! 🇨🇦

people ask what happens to the machines when a mining site switches to AI. they don't disappear. they get pulled, wrapped up and shipped to someone with cheaper power. this was one of ours from a couple weeks ago
Winter's coming and half the mining timeline is turning ASICs into space heaters.
What's heating your house this year?
Good opportunities on pre-owned hardware are still out there, especially for miners looking to expand without paying new-generation prices. We currently have 200+ S21 Pro 234T units available in the U.S. at $4.90/T.
Miners spent years hunting for cheap power.
Now AI is eating the megawatts and utilities are charging $1.5M per MW just to plug in.
Powered land is the new gold.
Every mining operation has different needs. Different budgets, timelines, locations, and goals. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to sourcing ASIC hardware, and there shouldn't be.
Having the right access means finding hardware that makes sense for your operation, not just settling for what's available.
Google was told to halt work at two of its Finnish data center sites pending a review, per The Energy Mag.
Anyone here ever had a site stuck in review? How long did it drag on?
BTC slipped under $84K overnight, and the next difficulty adjustment is projected near +3.1%, per CoinWarz.
Not a fun mix for hashprice, with about two thirds of the epoch still to go.
Anyone curtailing yet or just riding it out?
As more mining sites add AI/HPC capacity, excess ASICs are becoming a pretty natural byproduct.
If you’re upgrading or shifting infrastructure and have a large lot collecting dust, there’s no reason to just let it sit. We can help offload or recycle it.
