#PR member associations like @PRSA need to include an acceptable alcohol-use policy for national leaders / volunteers, and even for staff.
And then they need to enforce it.

More photos from the public domain have been uploaded to the latest @PRSA exposé abt out-of-control expenses 💸 in deficit years, amid some PRSA Past Nat'l Chairs' demands & temper tantrums 😤 for their all-expenses-paid wine dinner at #PRSAICON.

ALT .@PRCA_HQ officials -- CEO Sarah Waddington and Board Chair Kirsty Leighton -- were asked, in writing, on 25 September 2026 to comment on the PRCA's 21 Sept 2026 Companies House filing, appearing to show massive, sustained cash collapse since 2022. No response or acknowledgement has been received. Meanwhile, new interviews have surfaced of CEO Waddington claiming in 2026 to be "stalked" and "trolled." https://youtu.be/NSMxSDAJR1g
Big news from @PRCA_UK!
For the first time ever, PRCA is led by a female first leadership duo.
Kirsty Leighton, CEO of @MilkHoneyPR, becomes Chair of the Management Board, joining Sarah Waddington CBE as CEO.

Arizona State's J-school had to jump through all kinds of DEI "compliance" hoops by the left-wing #ACEJMC mass comms accreditor, in order to pass DEI purity tests required for "reaccreditation." ACEJMC's Galloway @delAgate is wildly partisan & biased.

Wow. Talk about "obvious gaps"! ⬆️...

@PRSA's 2026 Nat'l Nominating Cmte chaired by @Jabreu03 / Joseph Abreu of @PRSAGulfCoast failed to slate a Treasurer (not OK, given PRSA's long-term financial crisis 💸) nor any board director at all from either @prsatristate (home of @prsany) or @ECDPRSA District.

In fact, @UFJSchool's Del Galloway's partisan conflicts of interest are legion, w/ not only his overt #DEI pressures on @UF through his presidency of the #ACEJMC academic accreditor but also his being allowed as a UF alumnus himself to sign UF's own re-accreditation letter. ☠️

Pls check your records at @UFJSchool, @UF. They are rife with PR trade assoc @PRSA's + @Omnicom's "doubling down on #DEI" agenda. PRSA infiltrated UF's PR program years ago w/ DEI strong-arming in violation of #antitrust (like hinging #ACEJMC accreditation on DEI "compliance").

Ms. Spaeth is a @PRSA / @prsadallas member who appears to be endorsed by the association on its website, despite the #EpsteinFiles involvement / inconsistent claims, which is concerning.
She writes "how to" pieces and speaks about PR and crisis comms via PRSA media and events.
Days after receiving @marybethwest's open letter 🧾 to Public Relations Society of America (@PRSA) National Chair @HPHarrell of @CARKW -- and about one year after PRSA pledged to "double down on #DEI" -- PRSA has opted not to respond to this open latter, while instead announcing publicly that PRSA will host on Jan. 26 a "Member Monday" webinar, on the topic of "Trust 😇 and Transparency."
😑
🛑 Clearly, PRSA has now chosen to lecture its own PR trade association members (many of them 🇺🇸 government- and military-employed), about the higher virtues of being open and honest -- as if rank-and-file members are the problem here -- when PRSA national leadership appears 100% resistant to being open or honest or "transparent" about its own #NGO key metrics of organizational viability / solvency. (Ex: Does anyone know the post-2025 official count of how many members PRSA even claims to have anymore? Or how much in member dollars were lost in 2025? Or what the projections / goals are for 2026? When is the 2025 "audit" due?)
📢 In light of PRSA's organizational #gaslighting and years of documented and increasingly left-wing 🫏 partisanship, here are PRSA's five-year comparison stats (2019-2024... also a few data points from 2014, 10 years ago), based on PRSA's #IRS Form 990 tax return data that PRSA reported to the U.S. federal government. This data renders to PRSA a D-MINUS -- at *best* -- in leadership performance, #PRethics, and legal #compliance relative to stewardship of member dollars, from the immediate pre-pandemic of 2019 to the most recent 990 filing for 2024:
