From "Man's Rights," The Objectivist Newsletter, December, 1963; reprinted in The Virtue of Selfishness, Ch. 12.
In a capitalist society, all human relationships are voluntary. Men are free to cooperate or not, to deal with one another or not, as their own individual judgments, convictions, and interests dictate. They can deal with one another only in terms of reason, i.e., by means of discussion, persuasion, and contractual agreement, by voluntary choice to mutual benefit. The right to agree with others is not a problem in any society; it is the right to disagree that is crucial. It is the institution of private property that protects and implements the right to disagree - and thus keeps the road open to man's most valuable attribute (valuable personally, socially, and objectively): the creative mind.
This is the cardinal difference between capitalism and collectivism.

Rents are market-driven, not landlord driven.
If it weren't for people with the means to own and maintain houses that they don't live in there would be no houses to rent. A little gratitude is in order.
Also, your earning power must be quite low for your lifestyle if you spend half your earnings on rent.
Fascism is state control of the means of production in order to limit the profits of capitalists, mitigating the free-market's exploitation of workers.
That's what the notoriously anti-capitalist Mussolini (a lifelong socialist prior to inventing fascism as a kind of "overnight" socialism) meant when he said, "Fascism is the unity of corporations and the state." Revealingly, Italian corporations had no choice in the matter.
Anyone who disagrees with this analysis might be retarded.

"Fascism is the unity of corporations and the state" -Mussolini
Fascism was funded by capitalists like HENRY FORD and corporations

Under fascism government controls corporations by credible threats of punishment for failure to obey, including seizure of corporation property and/or imprisonment, the latter which could mean death. Cretin.

Fascism is when corporations control the government.

"From the rejection of partition in 1947 to the Khartoum "three no's," to multiple wars and charters, the consistent [Arab Muslim] objective has been: first the prevention of [a state of] Israel and since then the destruction of Israel."

Egypt, Syria, and Jordan announced a unified military command under Egyptian leadership, explicitly oriented toward the annihilation of Israel.
This came weeks after Nasser’s public statements rejecting any peace or negotiations with Israel and amid rising cross-border fedayeen attacks on Israeli civilians. Four days later, the Suez War began.
This was a formal unification of what had been in place since 1948, and it continued to take shape in the coming decades. In 1948, five Arab armies invaded the day after Israel’s independence with the goal of preventing its existence. In 1967, Arab leaders again mobilized their militaries with the goal of wiping Israel off the map. In 1973, the Egyptian writer Mohamed Heikal wrote that liberating the 1967 territories would only be a stage toward liberating “the whole of Palestine itself.”
From the rejection of partition in 1947 to the Khartoum “three no’s,” to multiple wars and charters, the consistent objective has been: first the prevention of Israel and since then the destruction of Israel.
I propose an amended (and improved) definition of "religion."
religion (n.): a shared system of beliefs, practices, and values oriented towards the sacred or supernatural, expressed through communal rituals, moral frameworks, and forms of worship, and which explicitly prohibits coercive, violent, or lethal enforcement within its own interior organizational structure, invariably disavowing and ejecting those who violate said prohibitions.

This is your rank-and-file activist. They don't need to understand the underlying theory, much less its esoteric origins. They absorb the movement's slogans, language, moral outlook, and group identity. Shared grievances bind them together; affirmation rewards commitment, and dissent risks shame or exclusion. Their activism becomes both a moral cause and a source of belonging.
They learn to see the existing order through the lens of oppression and liberation. The institutions, traditions, and inherited hierarchies of Western civilization come to be fundamentally illegitimate and obstacles to human progress. Defending them becomes morally suspect; challenging them becomes virtuous.
Unlike some of the professors teaching them, who imagine themselves guiding the new order, rank-and-file activists need not expect power or privilege. They believe their struggle will bring justice and liberation. The movement gives them belonging, purpose, moral standing, and the conviction that they're on the right side of history.

The Shaw Commission arrived in Jerusalem to investigate Arab massacres of Jews across Mandate Palestine. This was two decades before Israel’s independence.
Arabs had killed 133 Jews brutally with axes, knives, and clubs in places like Jerusalem, Hebron, and Safed. Homes were looted, synagogues were destroyed, and survivors were raped and mutilated.
The massacres were ongoing. There were another 57 Arab attacks against Jews as the Commission sat. The Grand Mufti later invoked the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and compared himself to Jesus, claiming Jews had denounced him.
The Commission found the Arab attacks on Jews were driven by hostility to Jews in general and the notion of Jewish sovereignty anywhere in the Land.
This was the conclusion before there were any “settlements,” “occupation,” or even a State of Israel.

Sheep poisoned and left to die.
For the 17th time this year, Palestinian attackers have deliberately targeted livestock in Judea and Samaria in an attempt to harm Jewish shepherds and destroy their livelihoods.
This is calculated cruelty. Poisoning innocent animals to inflict suffering on the people who care for them.
A vicious act of violence. No excuses. No justification.

⭕️ Following the terror attack on Friday, in which 2 IDF soldiers fell and additional soldiers were wounded, security forces launched a targeted operation in the area of Hebron from which the terrorists emerged, with the aim of dismantling terrorist infrastructure and preventing future attacks. To reduce the risk to civilians, civilians were permitted to temporarily leave the area through designated screening points. No civilians were forced to evacuate.
In a separate activity, illegal structures were demolished at the site in Hebron where the attack took place. During the attack, the terrorists concealed themselves behind these structures and fired toward IDF soldiers. The demolition of the structures was intended to remove a security threat.
All other structures demolished in the area were also built illegally, and their demolition was carried out in accordance with international law in order to enforce law and order and remove potential security threats.

In 1952, an entry-level worker had to work 422 hours to afford a small air conditioner.
Today, a more powerful unit costs just six hours of work.
That’s a 98.6% decline in the time price of staying cool, and a major reason that dangerous heat has become far more manageable in the United States.

Fascism is a nationalistic socialism that recognizes the stupidity of dispossessing the means of production from the only people who know how it works. It's much more efficient to tell the "owners" what to do and force them to do it if they disobey.
And there's nothing capitalistic about that. In fact, it's anti-capitalistic - like socialism in any form necessarily is.

The Palestinian flag is the global symbol of rioting and arson.
This can only be done with the cooperation of a society's academics because universities produce the people who occupy its most culturally influential positions. Academics are people whose ideas don't have to work; they get paid just for espousing them.
Demoralization is the con that makes people willingly participate in the sublation of their own civilization.
1. Recast Western civilization as a structure of oppression.
2. Declare its achievements really as the universal inheritance of humanity.
3. Convince Westerners that their particular claim to that civilizational inheritance is unjust.
4. Promise moral redemption through this civilizational surrender.
5. Fill the institutions with the demoralized so the institutions reproduce this worldview as much as possible.

The only people who ever built a sovereign state in the Land of Israel were the Jews.
The empires who controlled the Land in between included the Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Crusaders, Ottomans, and British—all of whom were imperial occupiers of a land with an existing Jewish population and continuous Jewish historical, religious, and linguistic connection.

Turkey is illegally occupying Cyprus. Pakistan was carved out of India by the same logic now used against Israel. Egypt occupied Gaza from 1948 to 1967 and never created a Palestinian state there. Saudi Arabia has been intervening in Yemen since 2015, producing one of the worst humanitarian crises on earth. Israel is a sovereign state on historically Jewish land.
Facts matter.
