Looking at the top defenses in American. We only have to face UAB the rest of the way (sans champ game).
Rice frustrated us.
I’m very skeptical about winning at UTSA. Good teams have gone in and lost. Bad UTSA teams have found a way to win.
Hope today was about getting the bad half out of the way before UTSA.

After a great game day visit and an amazing conversation with @iwp4short, I’m blessed to receive my first D1 offer from the University of North Texas!

ALT A football player in a green uniform runs with the ball while being tackled by an opposing player in a white and blue uniform. The text "Mean Green Win" appears at the top. The final score displayed at the bottom is 52 for the team in green and 23 for Rice. Logos for both teams are shown.
Counting eggs before they hatch: I'm guessing if both Mean Green and Boise State win out, then Broncos get the nod for CFP?
Does that possibly change if, Broncos wins are close and all Mean Green wins are blowouts?

Neenx has stepped up as a leader, becoming a strong voice in team comms alongside the IGL! His impressive mechanical growth was on full display last week! #GMG💚🦅
Messer has 12 TDs in the last 3 games, which includes a passing TD and some ST score(s). What a freakin run.
I’ve been trying to explain to people this week how good this FAU offense was but more importantly, how good Easton Messer is.
I certainly didn’t expect him to score 3TDs in the first quarter but can’t say I’m surprised.
UTSA needs to be more aggressive in their playcalling offensively to turn this around, and they have to double Messer every play. They must make someone else beat them.
An early season statement from the Mean Green!
North Texas defeats McNeese at home. Je’Shawn Stevenson with a smooth 30, 5 & 5.
Two teams with high expectations, good game. Very solid win! @MeanGreenMBB
