Stigma remains one of the biggest barriers to mental health and substance use health care in Canada.   According to the Anti-Stigma Research Backgrounder, 95% of surveyed people in Canada  living with a mental health or substance use disorder reported experiencing stigma within the previous five years. In addition, 72% reported serious self-stigma.    Reducing stigma isn't simply about changing attitudes. It's about improving access to care, supporting recovery, and creating environments where people feel safe seeking help.    🔗 Learn more: ow.ly/RIKV50ZZ38L  #FridayFacts #EndTheStigma #MentalHealth #PsychologicalSafety

It's a deeply personal story about family, resilience, truth, and hope. This September 30, we invite you to spend some time with it.
