MI Stars National 16u

Getting my work in preparing for the @HFLfastpitch HFL Fall Championships. The pitching focus was having a loose whip with firm front side. Hitting focus was making a tight turn with the barrel and driving the ball with authority to all fields. Can’t wait to compete this weekend with @MIStarsNational in Chesterfield, Missouri. @coachcwittman @starsnationalfp @PaduaBruinsSB @SBRRetweets @d1fastpitch1 @IHartFastpitch @ExtraInningSB @PrepSoftball @SoftballDown @TOP_D1RECRUITS @USASoftball @LineDsoftball

Monday night I had a hitting lesson with @CoachLavoie Focusing on keeping my front foot anchored, being explosive, and my barrel path. Then worked on slapping. Battled hard this weekend at Select 64 Showcase at Berliner Park, can’t wait to put in the work this week and show up this weekend! @MIStarsNational @starsnationalfp @coachcwittman

Last night I had weight lifting then went straight to hitting lessons. Focusing on pitch selection and barrel path. Also focusing on my different slaps. Feeling off last weekend with my slapping, hoping this weekend there’s a different outcome. 💪💪 @MIStarsNational @starsnationalfp @coachcwittman @Kalei0721 @d1fastpitch1 @tagupSoftball @JaxAthleticsCo @USASoftball @ExtraInningSB @CoachLavoie

Had some tough luck at the plate @OHStingraysShow, but starting to get that good feeling back. I personally felt off on Sat slapping at @OHStingraysShow , but I watched some video and made corrections, esp with changeups like @micaelaminner teaches me and bounced back to myself on Sunday 💪 @MIStarsNational heading back to Berliner this weekend for @SelectShowcase 64 and then finishing up this Fall at the @HFLfastpitch in Missouri!
