Bout time I make my monthly trip to @VortexBookComix . I’ll see you in a couple weeks @BrianKeene

Finally feeling like I’m at least back to 80% with my physical fitness after the bloodclot in November. Now my focus is to get back to being in fighting shape. About to be a long road but fuck it we ball.

I usually stay off social media when I want to vent, simply because I feel like no one wants to hear nor care about what I have to say. I’ll start typing something then immediately close the app lol

Part of me wants to be extremely confrontational about some recent events, but it’s really not with it. I’ve done too much work on myself to even allow myself to go there again. Karma has a special way of dealing with people who misuse and abuse your presence.

I released my very first mixtape in the summer of 2009 to about 150 downloads. Mainly from building my audience through Facebook videos and BlogTV. Never would have imagined the journey I have been on since releasing that

I haven’t released music in two years. That will finally be changing. After making music for 20 years? Releasing it for 16 years; I often wonder how much longer will I do it

Slow dancing on francos

“Sinners” is easily in my top 3 favorite movies.

Sinners time! It’s up!!!

Another battle fought. Another scar received. Life goes on.

I think I’m gonna dive into the supplement world one day. Protein Pre-workout Energy Drink
