The lawfare begins. Hopefully we can find support for @uneedsoap .
I’m currently fighting a Texas Rule 202 proceeding being used to try to force X to reveal my identity over investigative reporting I published using public information.
This is a major First Amendment fight. Anonymous speech and the right to investigate and publish without being immediately unmasked are part of a free society.
I’m now having to spend thousands of dollars on attorneys just to defend that right.
If you’ve supported my work and are in a position to help, you can contribute directly through X Money.
If you can’t donate, there are absolutely no hard feelings. Sharing this post, praying for me and my family, or simply standing with me means a lot.
I’m not backing down.
I’m going to fight this.

#CA05 is keeping a principled conservative in Congress! Congratulations, @tommcclintock, on your reelection. Looking forward to continuing our work to protect taxpayers, rein in government spending, and defend the freedoms that make America great.

If you are having trouble trying to wrap your head around what happened in Texas and Nevada last night, let me help explain it for you.
In 2024 alone, roughly 77,000 people moved from California to Texas. That same year, about 53,000 moved from California to Nevada.
Those two states just delivered some of the biggest Democratic wins of the night.
James Talarico flipped the U.S. Senate seat and became the first Democrat to win a Texas Senate race since 1988
Gina Hinojosa defeated Greg Abbott and became the first Democratic governor of Texas in decades
Aaron Ford defeated incumbent Republican Joe Lombardo and flipped the governor’s office.

In June, Nithya Raman was seemingly on stage blubbering through a concession speech.
Today, it looks like she might be the next mayor of Los Angeles…

You were a bright spot among the dull-witted and destructive California politicians. Thank you for your stellar service. California dims itself, once again.

I’m devastated Kevin. They went out of their way to screw you. @DrPanMD is such a horrible person that when his state term was up, he went on a blocking rampage. Now he has to unblock all of us.

It’s totally insane how the California media totally covered this up for voters…
Even the f’in Nytimes wrote about it ..
This scumbag should be nowhere near power… but he’s going to be Governor of the largest state…

And the Crystal Ball Award goes to:
Midterms will be an absolute blowout, look at this bs from Vivek. His campaign is designed to box out any Repu8blican primary challenger and then lose to Amy Acton in the general by a blow out.,
But media won't report on the inside baseball of Republican politicians 'campaign to lose', instead the media will saw its a total rejection of MAGA and Trump.
There's a multi billion dollar industry right now, no doubt entirely funded by taxpayers, to demoralize the GOP base and depress the turnout, while simultaneously agitating their base to go out and vote

RE: Morning After Rant
My threads are flooded with helpless doomers.
To them I say THIS:
So what are YOU, personally, going to do about it other than whine and bitch like a frustrated 8th Grade girl who didn't make the cheerleading squad?
How are YOU organizing like-minded people in your community?
What are YOU doing to get your preferred candidates elected in 2028?
This is my new, standard question for doomers.
A lot of us have put ourselves out their personally at substantial risk, me included, taking practical action to make a difference. I now have zero tolerance for anyone who won't share that risk.
This is the new me. I'm done tolerating doomers who just want to complain and can't be bothered to actually do the work.
Get off the floor people and start fighting.
The 2028 election starts TODAY. Organize. Fight. Donate. Put your ACTIONS where your doomsaying mouth is.
Fight fight fight.
