We are writing to voice our support for these essential workers’ legal right to organize. We strongly believe in the rights of employees to form a union and the laws that protect that process. We ask that Columbus Metropolitan Library note these rights and give full and fair consideration to remaining neutral throughout the organizing campaign and union election.
