xitter.cf/mmn0430/status/2111162… still not sorted
A trader has raised concerns over inconsistent handling of a withdrawal by @EXNESS.
The platform showed a September 4 withdrawal Ref. ID 451004542981 as Processed.
A phone call from an Exness-identified number reportedly confirmed the transaction was visible and under review with payment providers.
Exness subsequently stated in writing that no such withdrawal exists and that the reference relates only to an internal transfer on July 9.
The broker also requested further bank statements despite the trader claim that relevant documents had already been provided.
The discrepancy between the platform status, verbal confirmation and later written denial raises questions about Exness record accuracy and communication with clients regarding withdrawals.
Similar disputes have been reported by other traders as well.
xitter.cf/mmn0430/status/2111162… @EXNESS . Is this not your correct email? Even your complaint team responded

Hi, we would like to reiterate that our team has made several attempts to contact you using the phone number registered on your account, but these attempts were unsuccessful.
Regarding the bank statements, we have checked our records and can confirm that the last email we received from you was on 15 September 2026. We have not received any further emails from you with the requested PDF bank statement.
To proceed with the investigation, we still require a PDF bank statement for the correct receiving account, covering the period from 31 July to the present date. Please send it to [email protected] and provide an alternative phone number where our team can reach out to you.
Further investigation can proceed once the correct supporting documentation is received.
Thank you.

“Despite the screenshot showing you sent all the requested bank statements to the right email AGAIN, we have just not seen it”
“Despite the screenshot showing we had a 12 minute call with you, we never spoke you. We have been calling you but you did not answer”
I have sent them everything again since Thursday and they are yet to respond

Hi,
We would like to clarify several important points regarding your complaint, as our team has thoroughly reviewed the information and screenshots you have shared.
First, the emails shown in your screenshots were not sent to official Exness email addresses. They were addressed to "supports" and "formal.complaint", rather than our verified addresses:
Support: [email protected]
Complaints: [email protected]
As a result, these emails were not received by our team.
Second, we have verified that the withdrawal transactions you shared with us via direct message are marked as successfully completed in our payment records.
However, the bank statement you submitted via DM relates to a different bank account from the one designated to receive these withdrawals. To investigate your concerns further, our Payments team requires a statement for the correct receiving account.
Regarding cases PMT0001951329 and PMT0001951364, opened on 31 July, the relevant Transaction IDs have already been provided to you through the case correspondence. These are also available in your Exness Personal Area and can be used to trace the payments with your bank.
We would also like to clarify that reference ID 451004542981, which you previously shared, relates to a transaction successfully processed on 9 July.
Importantly, our team has made multiple attempts to contact you by both email and phone to assist with resolving your concerns, but we have not been able to reach you.
To proceed, we ask that you send the following to our official support or complaints email addresses:
1. A PDF bank statement for the correct receiving account, under your name, covering 31 July to the present date.
2. Your preferred contact number and a suitable time for our team to reach you.
We have already provided the available transaction details and explained the documentation required to continue the investigation. At this stage, further progress depends on receiving the correct bank statement from you.
Exness remains committed to addressing legitimate payment concerns transparently and through the appropriate verification process. We are ready to continue assisting you as soon as the requested information is received.
Thank you
Exness
Currently going through it with @EXNESS . I genuinely think that they want me to kill myself before they respond or fix this issue even with their incessant lies xitter.cf/mmn0430/status/2105670…
Traders do your own research before depositing your hard-earned funds to @EXNESS.
Traders are reporting the same problem with EXNESS again and again:
withdrawals stall, deposits fail to appear, and funds stay missing for weeks.
Exness keeps cases under review, asks for the same bank statements and receipts multiple times, then goes quiet.
Traders are left chasing money that should already be in their accounts.
Exness:
Why are so many withdrawal cases still unresolved?
Why does Exness request documents after the transfer has already left the traderbank?
Why do traders wait 20–25 days with no payout and no clear update?
Why does official support default to DM your details instead of releasing the funds?
Traders expected fast, reliable withdrawals from Exness.
What they are seeing instead is delay, repetition, and silence.
Exness needs to explain this publicly and fix it.

@EXNESS is this a scam? You called me yesterday afternoon and apologised and told me that you could see the transaction and are reaching out to your “payment providers”. I gave you statement since last week to your email from July. Why would I fake a screenshot?
Replying to @MMN0430
Hi, we would like to clarify that there is no withdrawal dated 4 September recorded in our system.
The screenshot provided is also cropped and does not contain enough information for us to establish which account, transaction history, or page it relates to. Importantly, the reference ID visible in that screenshot does not correspond to a withdrawal on 4 September. Our records show that this reference relates to a transfer between your trading accounts on 9 July, and that it was successfully processed.
In our previous communication, when we confirmed that the transactions had been successfully processed, we were referring specifically to the two transactions dated 31 July, for which you had raised two payment cases.
To investigate these two transactions further, we require a bank statement in PDF format covering the period from 31 July to the present date, clearly showing the account holder’s name and bank account number, which we are still waiting for you to provide. Our team has also provided you with the relevant transaction IDs so that you can track these transactions directly.
The document previously submitted was a screenshot/image rather than a PDF bank statement, and the bank account number is not visible. Therefore, it does not contain all the information required to proceed with the review. Please upload the correct PDF bank statement directly to your existing case in your Personal Area so our specialist can continue the investigation.
We have also made several attempts to contact you by phone, but were unable to reach you as the number provided was unavailable. Please contact us via DM and provide your preferred phone number and a suitable time to call.
And to make sure we review the correct transaction, please also include the exact invoice number and withdrawal amount you are referring to.
