I look relaxed because I have all the time in the world, and you don’t. The cane rests across My lap while you try to remember what you did to earn it. Don’t worry, I’ll remind you.

I do like everything I wear to be immaculate. Fortunately, there are always those who understand that keeping it that way is part of being useful to Me. After all, polished footwear don’t happen entirely by themselves.

I’m not even looking at you. And yet somehow, I suspect you’re having considerable difficulty deciding where you ought to be looking. Careful. With this much distraction, it would be terribly easy to forget your manners.

Some of My equestrian habits have a tendency to follow Me out of the saddle. And a crop? Well… I’ve always believed good equipment deserves to be used properly. How would you behave when you see Me carrying it.

In case anyone has forgotten, October is My birthday month. I’ll be paying very close attention to those who understand exactly what that means. And, perhaps more importantly, to those who don’t. Consider this your reminder.
