I heard @SouthwestAir is pet friendly?

Unbelievable how 1 mean lady at @AmericanAir did not allow me to bring my dog w/me on my trip. She didn’t even care that he’s a registered emotional dog. I had to go back home & now he’s going to be alone all day. At least friends will check up on him. #AA is not pet friendly!!
