Busy Saturday with three back to back games in the Calcutta Cup. Our development team - the Hazards played Kolkata Police. Great effort but went down 31-14, three Police tries from their scrum were tough.

Today Commander Simon Messinger gave a fascinating talk about his career, mental health wellbeing in the force, his involvement with @MPRFC and @MetPoliceChoir and why our sponsorship matters to the #PoliceFamily. He also shared how Metfriendly plans have given him peace of mind.
Nothing quite like @veotechnologies giving us the opportunity for โfriendlyโ criticism after match day ๐
