First RCT to show advantage for RT plus systemic therapy vs RT alone in early stage low-grade follicular lymphoma. In addition to improved PFS also showed significant improvement in composite endpoint of risk of death or transformation to aggressive lymphoma.

Great discussion at #WCLC24 by Dr Chee Lee of really exciting early phase data from studies of 2 new TKIs with activity in HER2 mutant NSCLC. High response rates and acceptable toxicity.

In the TARGET-TP RCT of biomarker driven thromboprophylaxis for adults w/cancer, thromboembolism (8% vs 23%) & death (13% vs 26%) were substantially reduced among those w/high-risk biomarker profiles receiving enoxaparin vs no thromboprophylaxis. ja.ma/3roEewG
