Spending on administration is up 38% since 2013. MSCF faculty? Only 5%. This isn’t a funding issue—it’s a priorities issue. Invest in the people who teach Minnesota’s workforce. #FundFaculty #MSCFStrong #mnleg @MinnStateEdu
Minnesota State has already spent $300 million with millions still to come for the Workday system.
The result? Missed paychecks, benefit disruption, confusion, and added burdens on the people educating Minnesota’s future workforce.

Our colleges train Minnesota’s future workforce and fuel the state’s economy. Strong faculty = strong communities. A fair contract isn’t unreasonable—it’s essential.
