One of My Favorite Exercises for Elite Separation. This is one of my favorite exercises to make sure everything is open and so that I can create the necessary separation for me to throw hard. It is what I call the plate spins. We're gonna start working on opening up everything that's required for you to get separation in the delivery and spinal extension. Now, I'm getting into a position kinda like in the load position in the pitching delivery, like if I was here. But obviously, we can't have our front leg off the ground, so we're just gonna keep it like here. It's like a rocker drill. That's the position that I wanna be in. And so I'm right here, then I grab onto this plate. What I'm basically doing is I'm trying to rotate this while the upper body stays back, and then I'll fully come through. It's just working, you can see it's stretching all of these muscles. Rotate, come through. Rotate. Yeah, that's a deep, deep stretch, and I feel it all in here, right? All the muscles that need to be open for me to be able to throw hard.
