MSTF was proud to be represented at the Protect, Prevent & Preserve Kidney Disease Awareness Conference, where Digital Communications Coordinator ARTavius Veasey joined a panel focused on kidney health, prevention, donation, and the importance of regular health screenings.

Our ambassadors are the best! Liam Haggerty and Jewel Parker represented MSTF during Senior American Day at the Delta Fair Wednesday, Sept. 9.  In addition to answering visitors’ questions, they shared their personal stories and connection to donation.

During Southern Heritage Classic weekend in Memphis, Mid-South Transplant Foundation staff and ambassadors across the city sharing education and resources about organ and tissue donation. From classrooms, fashion shows, to tailgate celebrations, our staff was spreading awareness.

A couple weeks ago kicked off National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15)    We honor the life-saving gifts and celebrate the legacies of our Hispanic heroes who are registered organ and tissue donors. Those gifts live on today through transplantation.

This year, our team participated in 12 back-to-school events across three states, joining schools, churches, community organizations, and local partners who were all working toward one goal: helping students and families begin the 2026-27 school year with a little more support.
