A message to young people who have just broken up from school.
School is tiring, and you have been working hard, so use this time to relax and recharge your batteries. Take time to do the things you enjoy, or find new hobbies. You deserve this.

Systems are now back online, however there still may be some delays as services recover, particularly with GPs needing to rebook appointments.
It's important that people attend appointments as normal unless told otherwise.
The NHS is aware of a global IT outage and an issue with a GP appointment and patient record system.
If you have an appointment please do attend unless you are told otherwise. If you need help use 111 online or by phone and in an emergency call 999.

March is #OvarianCancerAwarenessMonth.
Symptoms of ovarian cancer can be caused by lots of things, which can make it hard to diagnose. It’s important to contact your GP if things don’t feel normal for you, or if any symptoms continue or get worse.

ALT Text reads: "Feeling constantly bloated; a swollen tummy; discomfort in your tummy or pelvic area; feeling full quickly when eating or loss of appetite; losing weight without trying; needing to pee more often or urgently. It's unlikely you have cancer, but it's best to check with a GP if you have been feeling bloated, particularly more than 12 times a month; you have symptoms of ovarian cancer that will not go away; you are over 50 or have a family history of ovarian cancer."

If you're travelling to QVH this morning and coming via Blackwell Hollow/Blackwell Road please allow extra time as a water main has burst. Traffic can get to us but people are driving slowly.
QVH is still open and running as normal but do take care when travelling.
