Huff Po's Paul Blumenthal on Donald Trump's actions post midterms:
There's no magic day when he can stop Congress from being seated. There's nothing he can do, especially if it's a wipeout and Democrats win by a lot.
They’re not going to be contesting 50 House races or however many Senate races.
I mean, he will lie. We know that. He will say the election was stolen, but there's nothing he can do.
Popok on Epstein and Maxwell:
They did it with the help of enablers, including Jeffrey Epstein's longtime attorney, Darren Indyke, and his accountant, Richard Kahn, who stand to make $75 million over the remaining or from the remaining assets of the Jeffrey Epstein estate, which now stands at about $107 million down from $577 million.

Allison Gill on Todd Blanche and the Trump DOJ's shenanigans in her and Katie Phang's Epstein files lawsuits: "They're talking out of both sides of their mouth. And Katie and I have them cornered."
NAACP General Counsel Kristen Clarke:
Organizations like the NAACP and others do a lot of work on voter education to make sure that communities understand the rules and requirements for voting.
What they don't deserve is the risk of encountering people on behalf of the United States Department of Justice who are there to intimidate or create an atmosphere that would discourage people from freely exercising their right to vote.
Popok: All they have to hear is Donald Trump attack a federal judge for whatever reason or whatever subject matter, and they will on cue, go after that judge, make violent threats.
Undermine the security of our nation and of their family all because Donald Trump told them to.
Doesn't that sound like Jan 6th?

Popok: You've got Donald Trump sitting in the Oval Office talking about a phony fraud, a program that he's going to administer, nothing like having the, the, fox guard the chicken house, if you know what I mean, and if he wants to get on the anti-fraud kick, well, maybe he should start with one of his former advisors, one of his close confidants, somebody I used to call his office wife, Alina Haba.
